Terms of our service

Our medical consultancy service provides individuals with second opinions on a range of medical issues. By availing oneself of our services, an individual will insure that they are provided a detailed medical report via Unimed’s online portal.  Our clients can also elect to obtain their medical report via email. The report will be presented within a period of time of 21 business days.

Limitation of Liabilities

• We take no responsibility for the opinions presented by our medical experts.

We endeavor to provide our clients with relevant and pertinent information about their specific medical considerations and needs by providing our clients with consultations that are provided by licensed medical professionals. Each of our doctors is obligated to obtain his/her own personal medical malpractice insurance.

• We take no responsibility for actions that are carried out by individuals and institutions that we refer our clients to.

We are responsible for handing over the accurate documentation and facilitating your medical consultancy needs. We are not responsible and therefore do not provide refunds for the outcome of any referrals given to our clients. It is our obligation to refer the patient to thirrd party hospitals and medical centers with whom we partner with.  

Payment

• Charges should be paid in accordance with the Terms and Conditions on this page and should be paid in full by individuals over the age of 18.
• Your credit card information as well as all other personal information is secured and encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and will not be sold or shared with any third party. 

Refunds

Patients are eligible for a full refund on all charges made up until 3 days after purchasing a consultation from our doctors, unless the report has already been completed and sent to the customer.
